Terms of service
These terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The Polish version is the binding one.
1. General
The service eneagramtest.pl is provided by [Imię i nazwisko lub nazwa firmy], [ulica, kod pocztowy, miejscowość], NIP [numer], email kontakt@eneagramtest.pl. A user is anyone who uses the service. These terms are available free of charge and can be saved or printed.
2. Services
Free of charge, we provide: an Enneagram-based personality test (36 statements), a report with your result, and a one-time email with your result. The service is funded by ads; you may be asked to watch a short ad before the full report. If no ad is available, the report unlocks anyway. No account is needed.
3. Technical requirements
An internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled. Emailing your result requires an active email address.
4. Conclusion and termination
The agreement to use the test is concluded when you start the test and ends when you close the service. The email service agreement is concluded when you submit the form and ends once the message is sent.
5. Rules of use
Use the service lawfully. You must not provide unlawful content, including someone else’s email address without their consent, or disrupt the service (e.g. by automated form submissions).
6. Nature of results
The test is for personal development, education and entertainment. It is not a psychological or medical diagnostic tool and does not replace a specialist. Results are indicative; we don’t guarantee their accuracy.
7. Risks of electronic services
Using the internet involves risks such as malware, phishing or interception on unsecured networks. The service uses encrypted HTTPS. Keep your browser and system up to date.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s content, including test statements, type descriptions, graphics and code, is protected by copyright. Sharing your own result on social media is allowed.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to kontakt@eneagramtest.pl. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. a local consumer ombudsman.

11. Final provisions
We may amend these terms for important reasons, such as changes in law or services; changes apply from publication and don’t affect services already provided. Polish law applies. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
